Terms of service

1. Provider

AirPortal (https://airportal.vercel.app, bot @airportal_bot) is provided by Uladzimir Vysotski, address to be confirmed, NIP PL5223279680. Support: through the “Leave feedback” button at the bottom of any page, or by messaging the bot @airportal_bot. By using the site or the bot you accept these terms.

2. What the service does

You set a condition: departure cities, destinations or “anywhere”, a price cap and filters. The service checks prices with partner sources on a regular basis and sends matching offers to Telegram.

• We do not sell tickets. “Book” links lead to the sites of aggregators and carriers. Purchase, payment, refunds and changes happen there and under their rules.
• Prices are informational. They come from the source’s cache and may change by the time you follow the link. Seat availability and the final price are confirmed by the seller of the ticket.
• Links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may receive a commission from the partner. This does not affect the price you pay.
• The service does not guarantee that matching offers will appear: that depends on the market and on your condition.

3. Account

Sign-in is through Telegram. One account per person; you are responsible for access to your own Telegram. The service may not be used for automated data collection, for overloading it, or for circumventing its limits. You can delete your account in settings at any time.

4. Free plan and Pro

The free plan is limited in the number of alerts, departure cities and destinations, and delivers once a day. Pro removes those limits; the current limits are on the pricing page.

• Pro costs 29.99 € per year or 3.99 € per month, VAT included. You are charged at the start of each period and the subscription renews automatically.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time in settings, through the Stripe portal. After cancellation Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
• Refunds. If Pro was bought by mistake or has not been used, write to us (through the “Leave feedback” button at the bottom of any page, or by messaging the bot @airportal_bot) within 14 days of payment and we will refund the unused period. Your consumer rights under EU and Polish law remain unaffected.
• We may change prices and limits; for an existing subscription a price change takes effect only from the period following the notice.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the bot running, but we are not liable for the unavailability of price sources, Telegram or hosting, for a price change or lack of seats at the seller, or for decisions you make on the basis of the offers we send. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Pro over the last 12 months. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes in the bot at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. Polish law applies; disputes with consumers are resolved at the consumer’s place of residence.
